Pamala V O'Neil

Mother, Grandmother, and well loved Tulare native. Pamala fought a long battle with Alzheimers and continued to smile through her final breaths, taken on August 24, 2023. She loved her home, her Denver Broncos football team, her community, and her family. She is survived by her only son Rodney, and Granddaughter Melissa, who called Pam her "Wawa" since birth. Pamala served her community with the Tulare Police Department and retired after 20 years of service. Pam will be missed by her family and friends. The O'Neil Matriarch and "Pepsi Lady" has gained her wings. A memorial and viewing will be held at Sterling & Smith Funeral Home in Tulare, CA on October 13th 2023 from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm. All are welcome to attend.
