**Obituary**

In loving memory of Fernando Martinez Martinez, a cherished soul graced this world with his presence. Fernando was born on March 30, 1941, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and peacefully passed away in Visalia on February 24, 2024. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Fernando is survived by his loving family: his daughters Elizabeth Martinez, Elodia Lopez, and Elvia Ramos; his brothers Domingo, Daniel, Candido, and Eduardo Martinez; and his sisters Micaela Bermudez, Rosie Martinez, and Bertha Martinez. He shared a special bond with his surviving family members that will forever hold dear memories of their time together.

He is reunited in eternal peace with his deceased family members: his father Candido Martinez,  mother Laurencia Martinez and  wife Maria Santos.

A viewing will be held at St Mary's Catholic Church in Cutler on March 15, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM followed by a Mass at 12:00 PM. The final act of laying Fernando to rest will take place at Smith Mountain Cemetery in Dinuba at 1:30 PM.

Fernando's life was a testament to love, kindness, and unwavering strength. His legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May he rest in peace.
