Richard is survives by Sarah, his wife of 60 years. Richard is also survive by 2 daughters, Christine Stevenson (David), Eudora, KS, and Justine Wheeler (Ronald), Haford, CA. 4 grandchildren, Chad Smith (Angela), Courtney Harrell (Colby), Dylan Wheeler (Bridget), Jordyn Crader (Leland) and several great grandchildren. 

Richard and Sarah have run the Cutler-Orosi Courier dba Village Printer and Courier Printing since 1984. Richard was president of the Cutler Latin American Club and a member of the Cutler- Orosi Lions.

Celebration of life will be April 16, 2023 at the Orosi Memorial Hall 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
