Mildred Virginia Miller Greig Gulian
Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt.
December 31, 1931 — June 21, 2020
Mildred was born in Boulder City, Nevada, on December 31, 1931, and passed away in Fresno, California, on June 21, 2020. She was 88 years old. She was the eldest and only surviving daughter of Sarah and Edward Miller. She helped raise her siblings while her parents worked in a family restaurant business. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Tuffy, and sisters Edna, Mary Betty and Helen.
Mildred spent the last 60 years living in Fresno. She was a homemaker for most of her life. Mildred was an amazing wife and mother, and she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her home was always open for family gatherings and often family members in need were welcomed into her home to live.

Mildred married her first husband, James Oliver Greig on February 18, 1950. They shared 30 years together. Jim passed away due to a construction accident on May 7, 1981. They had three children, Glenda, Jerri and Billie.
She was a waitress at Fresno Elks Lodge where she met her second husband Mike Gulian. They were married November 22, 1986 and have enjoyed a happy life together. They enjoyed dancing, Bingo, travel, time at the casino and family gatherings. Marriage to Mike added four step children and their spouses and children to her family; Michael and Annette Gulian, Michele and Randy Sauermilch, Susan and Ray Case, and Richard and Denise Gulian.
Mildred is survived by her husband of almost 34 years, Mike Gulian; her children, Glenda and her husband, Jim Richardson; and Jerri and her husband, Rick Hardwick; her two grandchildren, Jim and his wife Kimmie Bojorquez, and their children Nicholas and Ryley and a great grandson Landon: and Micheala and her husband Jay Ford and their children Shelby and Samantha: as well numerous nieces, nephews step children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mildred was loved dearly by her husband Mike, her children and extended family. She will be greatly missed. We will be forever grateful to Michele and Randy Sauermilch for the time they devoted to Mildred over the past year.
