Christine Ann Olivas

Christine Ann Olivas was born on December 4th 1950 & entered the gates of heaven on February 17, 2020. 69 years young. Mama Chris was born in Fresno, California and grew up in Reedly, Ca where she attended grade school. She later graduated high school as a Roosevelt “rough rider.” She worked in food services for Fresno Unified school district for 17 years. She loved baking, traveling with family, and dancing/listening to oldies. She was happily married to the love of her life, Lupe N Olivas Sr for 49 years. She is survived by her sisters Lorraine Lozcano, Kathleen Rodriguez and brother Martin Juarez, husband, Lupe N. Olivas Sr, her two children Denise L. Olivas, Lupe N. Olivas Jr, and daughter-in-law, Maria Olivas. Five grand-children Amarise Christine Morales, Yazmin Gonzalez, Diego Gonzalez, Isabella Olivas and Jaden Riojas. Much changed in her lifetime, but the love for her family remained. Chris put up a unforgettable fight against diabetes. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 7th, 2020 at the Fresno Federal Post 509 on 3509 N First street in Fresno, CA 93726.
