| Robert C. Smith graduated from California State University at Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Smith has been a licensed funeral director (FDR # 781) since 1985. He has marketed pre-need products through direct mail advertising; established new business relationships with culturally diverse populations throughout the San Joaquin Valley; trained new employees; and conducted funerals. |

| Ronald E. Smith, a licensed funeral director (FDR # 2773), is an entrepreneur with ten years managing businesses and assisting individuals with starting new companies. Dr. Smith has a Bachelors Degree in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Cornell University and a Doctorate of Education from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Smith oversees financial operations, marketing, including developing and implementing management information systems while ensuring the financial viability of the business. |

| Dr. Smith is a retired OB/GYN with more than fifty years experience serving families in the San Joaquin valley. Dr. Smith, the father of Robert, Ronald and Anthony, is a licensed funeral director (FDR 2909). Dr. Smith, a licensed funeral director, will assist the president in an advisory capacity while also working on occasional funeral services. |
